Problems after delivery
Carefully inspect the contents of your order upon receipt. Small items may have settled and may be hidden at the bottom of the box or package. If you find a problem, please contact us immediately. We want to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

- Item missing? – The item may have been out of stock but will be back ordered for you - please see the back ordered notification slip with the goods.
