The Precision Motor Mount is constructed with an extra thick band around the gearmotor, to retain perfect motor alignment in high torque applications.
The included aluminum backplate has ¼-20 tapped holes, allowing easy installation of the mount in applications where you can sandwich the structure between the motor mount and the backplate.
This mount is found on Actobotics PT-2100 and larger pan and tilt systems.
