LabJack User Guide

LabJack devices are data acquisition and control hardware (DAQ), serving as a bridge between the real world and the virtual, to help you control your project or application from your PC or device computer. There are seven main product groups in the range but the following four are recommended for most applications.

LabJack - U3 LV - (2.4v input range),  U3 HV - (10v input range)

12-bit analogue inputs (typically offering 1 part in 1000 resolution depending on application) USB 14 to 16 digital I/O ports Up to two counters Sample rate 50 Khz 2nd generation UD Library - Windows Exodriver for for Linux and Mac Super low cost

LabJack - T4

As U3 with the following additions USB and Ethernet communication Up to ten counters 3rd generation LJM Library for Windows, Linux and Mac Modbus TCP compatibilityDIO-EF, AIN-EF and Lua scripting. Very low cost

LabJack - U6, U6-Pro

As U3 with the following 16 Bit analogue inputs (typically offering 2 part in 1000 resolution depending on application) U6-Pro- 22 Bit analogue inputs (High resolution) 20 digital I/O ports A second ADC with 24-bit resolution for lower speed (4-160 ms per sample) measurements. Thermocouple ready Calibration service with certification Very low cost

LabJac - T7 Pro

All of the benefits of the T4 with the following USB and Ethernet communication WiFi Communication Up to ten counters 3rd gen LJM Library for Windows, Linux and Mac Modbus TCP compatibility DIO-EF, AIN-EF and Lua scripting 16 Bit analogue inputs (typically offering 2 part in 1000 resolution depending on application) 20 digital I/O ports A second ADC with 24-bit resolution for lower speed (4-160 ms per sample) measurements Thermocouple ready Calibration service with certification Low cost Note The U12, UE9, and UE9-Pro are older devices and are not recommended for most new applications but are available for those using them in current products.
